Having worked on building sites from an early age helping his father during school holidays, and much larger developments as a young adult, Sebastian Barratt has seen it all in the construction industry. Over time he recognised an opportunity to simplify and streamline the labour-hire Sydney process. Too often he witnessed the inefficiencies surrounding getting quality, reliable and compliant trades people and labour-hire on site. Harrison made it his life’s mission to establish ways to improve the outdated construction recruitment system. He poured his industry knowledge into the founding of the Harrison Barratt Group, established in 2017. HBG has since grown to become the leading recruitment agency within the South East Australian construction market with a view to expanding nation-wide. HB Group is made up of a professional team with real skin in the game who know the expectations that the construction industry demands along with career pathways for skilled-labour workers.
