1. Eligibility. The referral program is open to all individuals, including current HBG workers, clients, and the general public. HBG employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for rewards. You must be 18 years or older to participate.
2. Qualifying period. For candidate referrals, the referred worker must complete a minimum of 152 hours (approximately 4 weeks full-time) of paid work through HBG within 6 months of the referral date. For client referrals, the referred client must place a minimum of 5 workers through HBG within 6 months. For permanent placements, the placed candidate must remain in the role for a minimum of 3 months.
3. Reward payment.Rewards are issued as Visa prepaid cards within 30 days of the qualifying period being met. Rewards are not redeemable for cash. Rewards are subject to change without notice and may be substituted for an alternative reward of equal value at HBG's discretion.
4. Referral requirements. The referred candidate or client must not already be registered with HBG or in active discussions with an HBG consultant at the time of the referral. The referrer must submit the referral through this form or by contacting HBG directly. Retrospective referrals are not accepted.
5. Exclusions. HBG reserves the right to disqualify any referral that is deemed fraudulent, misleading, or made in bad faith. Self-referrals are not eligible. Referrals of candidates who have worked with HBG in the preceding 12 months are not eligible.
6. Multiple referrals. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit. Each qualifying referral earns a separate reward. If multiple people refer the same candidate or client, the first referral received (by timestamp) will be eligible for the reward.
7. Program changes. HBG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any referrals submitted prior to termination will still be honoured if the qualifying period is met.
8. Privacy. Information provided in referrals is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred person's consent to share their contact details with HBG.
