All landscapers are pre-inducted, pre-verified, and ready to start immediately.

All landscapers placed through Harrison Barratt Group hold a valid White Card (General Construction Induction) as a minimum. Depending on the role, workers also hold relevant trade certificates, high-risk work licences, and site-specific tickets. Every qualification is verified against state regulator databases before deployment. Workers with expired or unverifiable credentials are not deployed.

Charge rates for landscapers depend on the applicable Modern Award classification, casual loading, site allowances, and penalty rates. Yes. If a landscaper performs well on your site, we facilitate temp-to-perm conversion. A transfer fee applies based on tenure — the longer they have been placed with you, the lower the fee. This lets you trial a worker before committing to a permanent hire.
